Traditionally, CHS teachers had devoted many after school hours to counting and recounting Scantron paper ballots for each school-wide election. "The biggest inconvenience our school faced with paper voting was trying to count and accurately tabulate the ballots for each election," stated Student Activities Director, Eileen Mantz. Furthermore, using Scantron ballots for elections cost the school hundreds of dollars each year.

After exploring different options, CHS chose eduBallot, the first and only voting solution designed specifically for high schools.
